Job description, responsibilities and duties
* You will be part of the team of busy and engaged Personnel Consultants, professionals in
* their field, supporting the overall recruitment process by:
* Searching for suitable candidates. You will get familiar and work with our
* large internal database, external sources and social networks in order to find the
* right candidate for the vacancy.
* Communication with candidates. Once we have identified suitable profiles,
* your task will be to get in touch with them via e-mail/phone in order to obtain all
* necessary information – language and professional pre-screening, meeting
* arrangements, aftermeeting follow up etc. This would be the main part of the job.
* Processing job applications – here comes the administrative part of the job that
* consists in data entry, choosing the right keywords to categorize the profile and
* ensuring that all important information regarding the profile are available and
* correct.

Candidates with education suit the position
University student
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
* Undergraduate student, ideally 2nd to 4th year – we plan long term cooperation
* Proficiency in English language – able to understand and create complex written
* text and participate effectively in most conversations on practical, social, and
* professional topics
* Excellent communication skills, able to formulate your own ideas and to express
* opinions with taking into consideration the complete presentation and image
* Proactive and positive attitude (think two steps ahead and smile at the same
* time)
* Eye for detail
* Strong orientation on goals as well as on great service delivery
* Persistence – you know how it feels to handle 20 calls per day with negative
* results but you do not give up and keep on calling (or at least you can imagine it)
* Previous experience in HR, Customer Service, Call Centre or similar is a big
* advantage
* Proficiency in English language – able to understand and create complex written
* text and participate effectively in most conversations on practical, social, and
* professional topics
