Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Your role is to:
* Conduct projects (planification, synergy effect, resources allocation, communication, return on experience)
* Ensure that projects are documented (Doc Info) and standardised
* Prepare and animate meeting with partners (see customer and supplier list)
* Adjust accounting schemes to IT introduction or process changes
* Conduct benchmarks other SSC and propose organisation changes if needed
* Apply Lean methods in order to improve SSC Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
* Increase IT efficiency (SAP Eureca/Auto upgrades or change request, action plan with EAP/ZWF)
* Follow the efficiency of 2 Optical Character recognition (OCR)
* Conduct Standard verification checks in SSC Departments according to the planning
* Maintain IT mapping (SSC): 35 IT Applications and over 100 Interfaces (In/Out)
* Ensure first level support for SAP/OCR application for SSC users
* Minimize fraud and internal risks by updating Roles and Rules rights for SAP/OCR Applications

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and French - Intermediate (B1) and German - Intermediate (B1)

Microsoft Access - Expert
Microsoft Excel - Expert
SAP - Expert

Driving licence

Personality requirements and skills

* Degree in Economy or Accounting: IFRS (reporting package), HGB (would be an advantage)
* 3 years of professional experience in accounting/finance/internal control as a minimum
* Knowledge of English and German/French language on proficiency level
* Drives for results and deadlines, proactive attitude
* Planning & organizational skills to balance and prioritize tasks
* Advanced understanding of SCC processes
* Affinity for IT applications
* Proficient with data analytics, report development
* Presentation skills
* Customer approach
* Empathy: capacity to see things from the other person's point of view
* Proficient in Microsoft skills /MS Excel, MS Access/
* Proficient in SAP: all accounting activities are done based on SAP
* The candidate is expected to speak at minimum 2 of the 3 foreign languages with a willingness to learn progressively a 3rd one
