Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Assist the Corporate Internal Audit Manager in the management of the Company’s worldwide internal and external audit activities. Utilize program and project management skills involving a high degree of judgment and initiative.
* Assist the Corporate Internal Audit Manager to design and execute audit programs to ensure compliance with the Internal Control Framework, Sarbanes-Oxley and any other financial regulatory requirements. Documents audit evidence clearly and concisely to support audit conclusions. Takes steps to ensure continuous improvement actions have been taken
* Assist the Corporate Internal Audit Manager to research, develop, edit and produces written materials to enhance employee support/understanding of audit policies, programs, and initiatives.
* Serves as internal consultant to evaluate processes and procedures
* Evaluates organizational needs and drives improvements in business processes to eliminate waste and improve overall controls.
* Performs other duties as necessary in support of projects and departmental goals and objectives

* CPA licence or working towards one

* Solid understanding of internal controls, US GAAP and current SEC requirements
* Experience in IT control testing preferred
* Additionally, this position requires significant travel, often domestically. Must have a valid passport and be able to travel primarily within Europe.
* LANGUAGE SKILLS:
* Must be fluent in spoken and written English. Strong overall interpersonal communication skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to professionally write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public.
* MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
* Strong analytical skills, quick thinking and solid business modeling capabilities. Ability to apply concepts such as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory and factor analysis.
* REASONING ABILITY
* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situation where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram, or schedule form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
* CPA licence or working towards one
* 5 to 7 years related experience and/or training in a manufacturing environment
