Job description, responsibilities and duties

-Responsibility for the overall Project including preparation, coordination, execution, control and completion of the Works
- Work with site engineers, foremen
- Leading the planning and mainly execution of the project
- Implementation and managing of project changes and measures to achieve project goals
- Planning and scheduling project timelines
- Provide direction and support to project team, lead the planning and execution of the project
- Managing project budget and regularly present reports defining project progress
- Defining project tasks and resource requirements
- Client relationship management
- Safety and quality assurance

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Civil Engineering

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

- 5+ years experience required in Civil Engineering - a must
- 3+ years in Project management or Civil Engineer position
- finished education in Civil Engineering
- Advanced level of English and Slovak language is required (Hungarian language skill is advantage)
- Very good communication and organizational skills
- Very good delegation and leading skills
- Very good interpersonal skills and conflict management
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Attention to detail and quality
- Able to travel as much as needed
