Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Creating financial reports and analysis
* Planning, determining and controlling of cost
* Preparing forecast and budget
* Preparing financial reports
* Ensuring internal analysis
* Proposing the improvements to analysis methods
* Preparing monthly financial statement
* Communicating with banks, auditors and public institutions
* Cooperating with representatives of other departments
* Cooperating closely and transparently with providers of external services (accounting, law, HR...)
* Coordinating all administrative functions to ensure efficient and consistent operations within organization
* Leading projects related to development of human resources and administration, enhancing professional development, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation, training and recruiting
* Developing ERP system
* Leading department with direct subordinates

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* University diploma in Finance
* Fluent knowledge of English language
* 5 years of experience in financial controlling - preferably leadership position
* Knowledge of Slovak legislative
* PC skills (MS Office)
* Flexible, precise, responsible and detail oriented person with good analytical thinking
* Stress-resistant, communicative and proactive person
* Good coordination and leadership skills, able to lead and motivate
