* Provide general back office support for specific business unit
* Assistance with general administration
* Organize and co-ordinate meetings and trainings arrangements and associated tasks
* Identify issues in documents, memos, correspondence or telephone calls that require action and handle by selecting from available alternatives.
* Provide logistical support (ordering of materials, office supplies, business cards).
* Cooperation with other departments and business units
* Part-time work - 20 hours per week
