Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Lead, coach & motivate the credit and collection team /HU, CZ/
* Measure department performance with appropriate matrix
* Manage relations with internal customers and external partners (collection agencies, law agencies etc.)
* Maintain the local credit policy
* Recommend changes in the credit policy to senior management
* Create and maintain the credit scoring model
* Manage customer credit files
* Monitor the credit granting, credit review and udpating process
* Accept or reject the staffs credit recommendations
* Analyze and investigate the largest customer credit applications
* Personally visit the largest customer to establish relations
* Monitor periodic credit reviews
* Running daily, weekly, monthly reporting activities
* Working on permanent process improvement and development
* Supporting month end closing activities , including some accounting activities and GL reconciliations
* Supporting external audit trials
* Interlock with accounting and audit on qualitative assurance
* Calculation of Bad Debts provision considering both risk and tax aspects
