- responsible for maintaining existing and developing new customers
- provide support in commercial and technical issues
- represent primary technical resource for their customers with responsibility for prioritizing, securing and delivering technical resources to the customer
- participate in development of effective customer relationships by maximizing face-to-face time, executing call plans, entertainment
- conduct negotiations with customers
- cooperate on developing pricing strategies
- understand and develop customers business, market space and trends
