Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Plan and execute concepts (Activity plan, Fallback, Frozen Zones / Process- and IT-restrictions, Interface Go live-planning, final rehearsal)
* Prepare and execute quality-gates and decision points
* Prepare decision memos
* Execute workshops and meetings
* Support the planning of the cut-over center as well as the migration itself
* Support the cross—functional project activities
* Support for the planning of the cut-over core time, preparation and initiation of escalations as well as the preparation of the release of the cut-over
* Track measures and constraints
* Establish reports for specific tasks and advanced degree

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

SAP - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

* University degree or equivalent vocational qualification
* Knowledge of SAP (harmonization, integration, cut–over; SAP basics in FI, CO, PS, PM, BI)
* Experience in Interface Management
* Experience in Rollout projects is desirable
* Strong team player
* Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally
* Fluent in spoken and written English, additional local language is a plus
* Excellent communication-, presentation- and moderation skills
* Excellent MS Office skills (Power Point, Excel)
* Distinct methodical and structured working habits, solution oriented
* Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
