Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Key responsibilities:
* – Sets up and coordinates meetings and conference calls
* – Handles all incoming calls, keeps a detailed record of calls
* – Manages travel requirements as requested
* – Assists with creating/editing of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word documents
* – Performs administrative work such as filing, typing, copying, printing documents, handling incoming and outgoing mail and emails, maintaining office supplies
* – Works with internal database, enters the orders, assists with the approval of the orders/ invoices, records the expenses, takes care of the travel reports and logbooks
* – Communicates with the suppliers
* – Organizes internal conference events

Personality requirements and skills

* Candidate’s profile:
* – Bachelor’s Degree or University student
* – 2 years of experience in administrative work
* – excellent knowledge of English language
* – organizational and communicational skills, tactfulness and independence
* – good knowledge of the Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
* – flexible personality, results oriented with “can-do attitude”, able to successfully work under pressure in dynamic environment,
* – driving license
