Production coordinator cultivation

* The Production Coordinator is mainly responsible for production - quality and efficiency in cultivation areas.
* Production efficiency: Production (coaching staff, production techniques, …), Use of resources (infrastructure, waste, …)
* Translating the production planning to the daily organization on the work floor (cutters) by:
* Training of staff, daily guiding and monitoring the production,
* Organising global communication and evaluation of staff where needed.
* Coordinating the administrative and operational workflow.
* Evaluating work load, coordinating the applications, laminar-planning, absences and holiday planning
* Assisting in developing procedures and organization
* Guarding and improving the quality and quantity levels in the production in active interaction with the workfloor by:
* Improving the own production knowledge by regularly cutting plants
* Improving the production-techniques for best quality on work (in communication with Belgium)
* Realizing the quality level (maximize % netto production after nursery, minimize % contaminations, mutations, mistakes) and taking action on quality defects.
* Close cooperation with the quality-manager
