- Planning and analysing the costs of the organisation
- Cooperation at the creating of strategic and financial plan of the organisation
- Controlling the fulfilling of the business – financial plan and the budget of the organisation
- Preparation of the forecasts and assumptions for the foreseen period of time
- Preparing comparisons of the actual fulfilling of the financial plans with the same period last year
- Initiation of action plans for elimination of deficiency and variations in the financial plans
- Preparing financial reports and overviews for management and top management of the organisation
- Preparing ad-hoc financial analysis
- Controlling the availability, verifiability, correctness and integrity of the accounting documents regarding the financial operations in the organisation
- Controlling the efficiency and appropriateness of using the finances and assets in the organisation
- Cooperation with other departments of the organisation, especially with accountants, supervisors, managers….
- Creating and implementing financial controlling methodology and internal regulations for accounting and budget of the organisation
- Monitoring the financial indicators and correctness of the accounting
- Presentation and argumentation of the solutions for the occurred deficiency
- Setting and coordinating the financial processes in the organisation
