* work on projects in the area of Business Process Management
* provide high quality programming and coding and additional consulting services on project assignments
* develop high quality deliverables across all project phases
* ensures delivered work/product meets/performs to technical and functional requirements
* provide regular and proactive updates to Engagement Leader on project progress and outstanding issues

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Java - Advanced
Oracle Database - Advanced
Oracle PL/SQL - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

* Previous experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large scale Java centric enterprise application systems at least 1-3 years (or a graduate with long term part- time experience)
* Experience in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle and/or DB2 and MS/SQL
* Experience in Websphere or Weblogic Application Server, HTML, CSS, Photoshop, editing images, etc. is and advantage
* Self- motivated personality with strong commmunication skills, able to work effectively within a team
* Fluent English is a MUST
