Job description, responsibilities and duties

- develop business and negotiates the selling, leasing, and marketing of company services for clients
- secures new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional services to current client base
- proposes complex solutions, and utilizes advanced sales skills to uncover potential needs
- data analyses and reports, preparation of market comparisons
- participates in contract negotiations and due diligence
- participate in preparing contracts such as deeds, leases, and mortgages
- decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve set results and deadlines

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

- good knowledge of B2B segment
- minimum of five years of experience in sales
- English language – upper intermediate
- CRM user
- MS Office user
- developed communication skills
