Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Take over responsibility for the rollout in international companies
* Management and coordination of all relevant rollout phases (assessment, design, realization and cutover)
* Take responsibility for ensuring milestones and deliverables in the time, quality and budget dimensions
* Responsible for implementing any changes to the operational procurement outsourced department (SCO) in Bratislava
* Manage the central and local team activities throughout the rollout
* Ensure rollout of global template processes (only supporting deviation for legal/ regulatory or business critical reasons)
* Find possible solutions for local gaps within the framework of the corporate specifications
* Leading and coordinating activities within and between local & central teams.
* Coordinating with other work steams and parallel projects (Integration of Functions and Cross-Functions)
* Highlighting risk, issues and escalation in all areas of the program to rollout management and project/line lead
* Actively managing with risk, issues and escalation within own work stream.
* Communicate continuously to project/line lead and project stakeholders

* Highly experienced in Telco industry
* Wide process know-how in SAP SRM 7.0 and SAP MM ECC 6.0
* Very good process knowledge in interface topics focused on logistic
* Basic knowledge in interface topics focused on financial & controlling
* Excellent know-how in implementation of international rollouts
* Initial l leadership experience in teams or specialist areas
* Extensive experienced in working in international matrix-organized project organizations
* Outstanding communication skills
* Excellent presentation and moderation skills on management level
* Fluency in written and spoken English. Polish and/ or Czech advantageous
* Willingness to travel international (travel concept model 3:2), mainly in Europe
