Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Being aware of customer core business processes, customer contracts and SLAs
- Considering time, quality, cost of the service according to SLAs
- Being responsible for the completeness, quality and maintenance of data for the provided service
- Checking the input parameters of service acc. to the OLAs/ SLAs
- Providing technical consultation both internally and externally with respect to cost optimization, efficiency and quality of delivered service
- Being a contact person both internally and externally for the assigned service
- Communicating regularly with related operation teams (8-10 operation team members) with respect to service, quality and costs (OLAs)
- Cooperating with other teams in relation to reporting, ITIL processes, audits, security of systems and data protection
- Solving complex tasks under difficult conditions (time, budget, policies, resources, etc.)
- Developing and preparing of fundamental solutions, concept, regulation and measures in relation to cross platform business processes and being responsible for their implementation
- Advising to higher level management on strategic issues in the assigned service
- Following internal ITIL processes, security rules and company guide lines
- Being responsible for Delivery Order Management (assigning of delivery orders, checking of delivery orders in content and time, tracking of delivery orders, plus delivery reporting)
- This position does not lead team, however stays under pressure from customer and operation team

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Vocational training or certificates in IT area
- International process standards (EVM, CFM, INM, CHM, PRM & DOM)
- Knowledge of ITIL practices
- Expected 8 years of work experience in a similar environment
- Spoken and written English – fluent level
- Spoken and written German – fluent level
- MS Office advanced knowledge
- Understanding of relationship between SLAs and OLAs
- Asset manager & Service Center advanced knowledge
- Business Objects knowledge is an advantage
- Project Management methodology advanced knowledge
- Flexible, assertive personality with excellent communication skills, showing customer orientation, strong negotiation and organizational skills
