Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Monitoring/administration of the procurement related process
* Creates purchase orders properly and within agreed time
* Ensures relevant structure and classification of purchase orders
* Executes check of non-matching incoming invoices with purchase orders
* Prepares propered and completed data for purchasing systems (Master Data)
* Discussion of deadlines with suppliers
* Administrates assignments to external services providers / suppliers
* Preliminary work/support for experienced procurement agents and other customers or stakeholders
* Ensures conformity with compliance rules
* Provides services within 1st level support and interfaces to 2nd level support
* Works with internal IT systems and applications
* Overview and reporting preparation related to performed tasks based on requests
* Proper communication with internal customers, suppliers and other

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

Dutch - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2)
