Job description, responsibilities and duties

* · US Company is setting up new Branch in Bratislava! Take your chance and become a member of newly built team!
* · Accomplishes project objectives by planning, monitoring, and evaluating project activities.
* · Responsible for all project deliverables including quality, timeline and strategy.
* · Be prepared to discuss project quality, client and team satisfaction, and project success metrics during regularly scheduled and ad hoc project review meetings.
* · Track and communicate timely on task status, budget status, slippage, project effort and duration to complete and any other key project metrics.
* · Manage scope creep through change orders and other methods to ensure projects deliver on time, scope, and managed expectations.
* · Identify, track and mitigate risk. Escalate issues when necessary to minimize impact.
* · Create contingency plans if needed and implement any revisions.
* · Work both internally and with customer to secure sign off on any project documentation.
* · Communicate clearly expectations, deliverables, risks, and progress.
* · Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationship.
* · Build a knowledge base of customer business, culture, organization and objectives that impact internal business.
* · Assist in setting client expectations and manage to those expectations.
* · Develop lasting relationships with client personnel that foster internal business.
* · Responsible for the tactical interface with the customer's project team and the company project team to assure that assessments, projects and purchasing services engagements are launched on time and with quality.
* · Provide input to the Client Executive or Director through the analysis of commodity spend reports, and monthly and daily metrics to identify opportunities for incremental business.
* · Lead/Assist in the development and execution of plans to develop those identified opportunities into savings for the customer and/or revenue for company.
* · Develop and maintain an expertise in all aspects of company's outsourcing business model, value proposition, procurement practices, technological capabilities and commodity expertise.
* · Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on critical aspects of the customers' expectations and culture in order to effectively represent their requirements within company.
* · Provide internal and external consulting services in the areas of procurement practices, process reengineering, benchmarking, outsourcing project implementation and business case development.
* · Lead the development and maintenance of the launch project plan and associated schedule.
* · Support appropriate communications and forums established for rapid issue resolution.
* · Facilitate problem analysis as needs arise from the launch locations on a regular basis.
* · Promote teamwork and cross-functional cooperation in all company assignments.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* · Strong project management skills and experience including proficient with software tools; Microsoft Project, Excel
* · Demonstrated leadership managing people; coaching, supervision, staffing, training, scheduling, team leadership, performance management
* · Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in priorities; negotiation, team facilitation, conflict resolution, time management, process improvement
* · Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and analytic skills
* · Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and customer executives and managers
* · Three to five years' experience in sales/purchasing/systems technology, marketing or related experience
* · Fluent English, German and Slovak language skills; verbal and written
* · University degree or college diploma in business or related field
