Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Procurement of data and voice equipment and services for customers
* Receive and validate incoming orders are complete and accurate (with appropriate margins, discounts and customer information)
* Use the Company approved suppliers, globally and locally in country
* Ensure all equipment is delivered properly
* Manage the Purchase Order activity from end to end
* Monitor and complete all assigned Procurement tasks
* Resolve billing and invoice disputes
* Reorder defective or missing equipment found during installation, test and turn up
* Coordinate all procurement activity with Equipment Suppliers and Manufacturers, Project Managers, Engineers, Account and Sales teams, Finance, Product Management and Billing teams

* Working hours: US and European working time / 40 hours per week

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Word - Advanced
Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - Advanced
Microsoft Access - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

* Fluent English and Slovak language (spoken and business written)
* Minimum 2 years of relevant work experiences
* Open to work shifts - European and US time (from 2 pm.), availability to work overtime, off shift, weekend, on-call, etc. as required
* Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of issues and drive them to timely and successful resolution
* Experience with different software packages (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and procurement systems and tools - advantage
* Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality output
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to set priorities and maintain focus on multiple tasks
* Good team player, with ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with management, senior professionals and peers in a multinational environment
