Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Manage projects by respecting timing and budget
* Lead daily project meetings
* Planning of tasks and deadlines for concrete projects
* Regular control of accomplishment of given tasks
* Coordination of steps with related departments
* Taking of strategic decisions
* Communication with customer
* Appraisal of working performance of project team members
* Identifying cross-project issues in the projects pipeline and proposing solutions
* Consolidating, balancing and supervising project budget
* Developing and supporting the Project Management Network throughout the plant, through recruitment, skills development, training and evaluation
* Facilitating plant Level arbitration for Multi-Site projects

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* Technical university degree
* Fluent English or German language (preferably both)
* More than 3 years experience in project management within automotive
* Technical knowledge : Project management, people management
* Knowledge of quality tools APQP, FMEA, PPAP...
* Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to create team working
* Flexible, dynamic and self-driven
