Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Completing bank statement processing incl. bank account maintanance, reporting on cash and liquidity management, cash and bank & market risk management, performing pre-closing and closing activities related to bank statement reconciliations
- General Ledger Accounting, cash journal accounting, accrual accounting, intercompany reconciliation and period end close processes for Record to Report, reporting on cash and liquidity management, performing pre-closing and closing steps related to Record to Report processes
- Completing tax accounting processes incl. VAT accounting processes, withholding tax processes, Intrastat process, closing steps while ensuring complience with regulatory and tax requirements by operational countries of the organisation
- Completing Fixed Assests accounting processes including additions and disposals
- Record to Report processes are to be completed for the assigned operating countries of the organisation
- Reporting directly to Record to Report Team Leader
- Developing and maintaining succesful working relationships with suppliers, employees, local OpCos and others involved
- Communicating with other teams from the operational countries via email/ phone in line with service management processes
- Consistently adhering to internal regulations, policies and guidelines etc.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

- Relevant secondary education or university degree
- Expected cca 3 years of work experience in finance or accounting
- Spoken and written Polish is an advantage
- Flexibility to relocate to Poland
