Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Check and prepare the Payroll journal specific by country ensuring that company meets all its internal and external reporting and control requirements
- Complete the preparation and posting of payroll accruals as required as part of the monthly financial reporting process (vacation/pension/bonus)
- Check and post the restructuring related entries
- Calculate the agents commission and prepare the agent’s statements where applicable
- Prepare the headcount stats (HFM template)
- Complete the balance sheet reconciliation activities per service level agreement
- Review income statement and balance sheet discrepancies and escalate to management as necessary
- Complete assigned accounting activities to support the monthly, quarterly and annual close processes
- Assist, as needed, with internal and external audits
- Support the timely reporting of key financial information; monitor the performance and quality of the activities performed based on agreed Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) and Service Level Agreements (“SLAs”)
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP accounting rules, where applicable
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, procedures and processes
- Operate within a robust SOX and internal control environment

Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Educational Specialization
Economics, Finance, Accounting
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
- Part qualified accountant is advantage – ( in the process of obtaining professional accountancy Qualification such as, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
- Degree in accounting and / or finance
- Min 2 years of experience in complex accounting
- Strong Accounting background and accuracy
- MS-Office, Oracle/iscala / SAP
