Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Creating advertisements for recruitment
* Search and selection of suitable candidates for vacancies
* Testing the candidates
* Managing the first rounds of selection procedures
* Creation of employment contracts
* Application of accepted staff into the social and health insurance
* Putting staff being recruited into the company and collective
* Managing the complete processing of personnel administration in accordance with applicable legislation
* Recruitment, termination of employment contracts and executing all changes - communication with institutions (social and health insurance)
* Consultancy in labor legislation
* Securing and organizing of services for employees of the company

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* At least 5 years of experience in human resources, payroll, accounting etc.
* Active knowledge of English
* Knowledge of current Labour Code
* Knowledge of the Law on Personal Data
* Basic economic background – advantage
* Independency, responsibility
* Sense of teamwork
