* Searching for new potential customers from assigned segment, presentation of company, offered products, negotiation about business conditions, preparation and conclusion of business contracts
* Maintaining active contact with existing customers, monitoring of contract volume fulfillment, handling complaints of lesser importance, preparation of complaints solutions of higher importance
* Providing complex service to customer’s needs, control and coordination of business procedures, active selling of products, preparation of price offers for customers
* Monitoring the payment discipline of existing customers, overdue receivables and overdue receivables collection, penalty invoices administration and collecting, negotiates about credit limit guarantees and preparing proposals for higher level
* Analysing the market of assigned segment, monitores companies in assigned segment, activities of competitors and market trends, predicts market events and customer’s needs
* Preparing business weekly and monthly reports, action plans for execution of Business Plans, supports marketing activities of department, the Sales Segment Leader and Fuel Sales Manager, Order Management Leader and other departments of company
