Senior Sales/Business Analyst

* Serve as primary contact for integrating market intelligence with sales reporting
* Support and implement defined improvement projects
* Responsible for coordinating customer service activities, including oversight of warranty, product replacements and return processes
* Support design of regional retention programs
* Manage product forecasting process in close cooperation with sales, marketing and supply chain
* Supports pre-market regulatory activities and manage post-market activities in the countries, including review of regulatory project with specific business unit and follow up on registration activities in the region
* Provide support in operational marketing
* Keep price lists updated
* Liaise in demo sets ordering process
* Serves as designated contact for quality processes, tracking and implementation of field actions
* Responsible for monitoring and reporting business unit KPIs within the region
* Cooperate with finance team on operations processes (orders’ and sets’ management)
