Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- to lead, manage and control several Product Lines in order to achieve customers´ satisfaction, business objectives and operational efficiency
- to develop, initiate and control skills of various Product Lines to meet customer, Plant and Group requirements (i.e. improvement and development programs)
- to ensure communication between product lines, Business Areas, Group functions and Supervisory Group- to follow up and optimize the Product Line cost, quality, throughput time and delivery accuracy
- to ensure level of todays production technology and initiate new production equipment
- to develop and control co-operation with customers and suppliers in order to ensure and add sales with existing customers
- to ensure optimal human resources (quality and quantity), investment level, capacity utilisation rate and consistency in the operations
- to develop, initiate and control skills of various Product Lines to meet customer, Plant and Group requirements (i.e. improvement and development programs)
