Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Responsibility for administrative support to HR department
* Preparation of payroll documentation
* Administration of attendance sheets
* Responsibility for contract preparation
* Communication with internal employees regarding open issues
* Communication with external partners such as personal agencies and vendors
* Assistance with meeting and event organization
* Reporting and ad hoc tasks

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* Education in economical field or HR
* Fluent knowledge of English language, proficiency in other languages is an advantage (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Nordic etc.)
* Focus on detail and ability to follow up with guidelines
* Ability to handle stressful situations with positive demeanor
* Team-player with excellent communication skills and problem-solving personality
