Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Overall responsibility for providing information and support to customers/vendors/internal departments regarding the orders
* Proactive identification of problems and active participation on resolving issues
* Keeping clear and comprehensive documentation regarding cases in process
* Providing analysis on identified problems and active participation on creating preventive measures
* Master Data entry and validation
* Reporting

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* Education in economical or business field
* Fluent knowledge of English language, proficiency in other languages is an advantage (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Nordic etc.)
* Previous job experience in an international environment/SSC is an advantage
* Strong customer orientation and focus on delivering excellent service
