Job description, responsibilities and duties
* To ensure product is manufactured and delivered according to the production schedule
* To ensure product is manufactured according to the product specification
* To carry out root cause analysis and corrective actions as a result of incidents of product quality failure
* To develop productivity improvement plans for the business unit that continuously generate increasing capacity and reducing cost
* To ensure skills matrix are implemented and developed for each area to ensure the business has the right skill level, flexibility and succession planning required
* To ensure product is manufactured according to the product specification
