Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Provide general back office support (guests greeting, meeting rooms set up)
* Assistance with general administration (payments, expenses, evidence of incoming correspondence)
* Administrative support for managers (copying, scanning, etc.)
* Handling phone calls
* Preparation of the calendar (time scheduling) for managers
* Organize and co-ordinate team meetings, trainings, business travels and associated tasks
* Preparation of program of the meetings
* Provide logistical support (ordering of office supplies - refreshment, kitchen & equipment, facility management)
* Working with sensitive/confidential documents and issues
* Other tasks based on request

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Intermediate (B1)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
Microsoft PowerPoint - Advanced
Microsoft Word - Advanced

Personality requirements and skills

* Fluent English language
* Experiences in office support environment – at least 4 years - a must!
* Strong motivation for the position
* Representative and pleasant presentation
* Very good communication and organizational skills
* Very good time management, able to handle multiple tasks and to prioritize
* Very good interpersonal skills, team-player
* Flexibility, responsiveness and proactive attitude
* Ability to cope with demanding workload
* Attention to detail and quality
* Ability to use MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Outlook) at very good level
