Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Development of current and new sales systems – single point of contact for external partners
* Salesforce system trainings, user guides preparation, documentation
* Level 1 Support to Salesforce system (resolving issues, guiding, advising)
* Lead and coordinate development and deployment of current and new sales systems (SeeMe, Dealit, CRM...) functionalities internally as well as with external suppliers and partners
* Efficient communication with various stakeholders – salesforce, management, IS/IT, external partners
* Responsible for salesforce system trainings, user guides and documentation preparation
* Provide L1 System Support to Salesforce (resolving issues, guiding, advising)
* Coordinate administrations of various sales systems or sales support systems (Dealit, SeeMe, CRM)
* Evaluate accuracy and quality of CRM database and working closely with CRM administrators on issues resolution
* Collecting requirements for further system development from salesforce and other stakeholders
* Providing inputs for sales system development budgets

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Hungarian - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)
