Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Roll out of the GL/AP/AR Processes
* Execution of Assessments and Fit Gap-Process Analysis
* Driver based process analysis, determination and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in the area of GL/AP/AR
* Developing ideas to optimization parts of the current process landscape
* Support of roll-in projects to integrate further accounting functions into the SSC
* Development of concepts as basis for the realisation of IT improvements
* Development of training material and conduction of in-house-trainings for staff
* Status reporting of your projects in front of the Board (national and international)
* Regular communication of project status to head of departments
* Set up project- and communication structures

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
* Practical experience in the design and implementation of process improvements
* Technical know-how on accounting and/or finance issues and corresponding processes
* Ideally experience with shared services
* Experience as a project manager; Experience in international projects is beneficial
* Previous experience in consultancy and / or in the finance area of an industrial company is beneficial - an audit background is also appreciated
* Knowledge of current project management methodologies
* Demonstrable presentation skills
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent English, written and spoken and fluency in German language
* Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally
* Ideally experience with SAP (Modules FI-GL, IHC)
* Corporate attitude and strong service behavior
* Excellent MS Office skills (Power Point, Excel)
* Willingness to travel
