Job description, responsibilities and duties
* US Company is setting up new Branch in Bratislava! Take your chance and become a member of newly built team!
* Process customer payments from bank details and remittance detail and apply to correct customer invoices.
* Investigate and resolve any customer invoice payment discrepancy.
* Monitor customer accounts receivable account status and contact and collect customer past due balances.
* Maintain invoice status codes to facilitate collection of past due account balances.
* Investigate and resolve customer queries regarding invoices or product delivery or return issues.
* Research and obtain proof of delivery when necessary for resolution customer issues.
* Identify the problem or issues, record the pertinent information, and forward the information to the appropriate contact for problem resolution.
* Maintain filing of customer remittance information.
* Communicate effectively and courteously with internal and external customers.
