Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- technical operations management of partial area (one customer or defined services) of the IT operation,
- to plan and control service provisioning in required time and quality,
- to act as operational interface between Service Chain Operations Manager, demander/counterpart and operations for the commissioned scope of the services of the particular service chain,
- plan and develop service improvement measures,
- communicate regularly with account owner / demander / Service Chain Operations Manager regarding performance, quality and costs,
- monitor and control compliance with target parameters (OLA), regarding operations & ITIL processes (INM, PRM, CHM, DOM) within the commissioned scope of the services,
- monitor and control completeness, quality and maintenance of data in configuration management database (CMDB),
- providing of required reports,
- improvement of operational processes,
- supporting of planned changes and INM/PRM,
- coordination of big changes,
- responsibility for compliance for escalation topics in relation to service scope,
- document management…
