Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Accurate and timely US GAAP financial reporting
* Adherence to internal controls, SOX controls
* Support achievement of financial targets
* Budgeting and forecasting of SG&A and respective cost centers
* Management of engineering finance team
* Conduct periodic financial planning and analysis reviews
* Manage and coordinate periodic financial and resource (headcount) planning processes (i.e., quarterly forecasts)
* Mentor and develop controllers and other staff members
* Adherence to internal controls, SOX controls

Requirements for the employee
Candidates with education suit the position
University education (Master's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
* Experience in finance/controlling at least 7 years
* Experience in managing team at least 2 years
* Excellent English, German - advantage
* Experience working in multi-national company
* Excellent skills in MS-Excel, SAP
* Skills in Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Enterprise - advantage
* Experience in project and cost center controlling and financial planning
* Understanding of product development and project management processes
* Open to travel on monthly base
* Experience in managing team at least 2 years
* Excellent English, German - advantage
