Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Maintaining and developing ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management system of the production site
* Defining the Quality KPI, follow them up and take the necessary action to achieve or exceed the objectives
* Managing entire Quality Department
* Leading continuous improvement projects (6 Sigma, 5S, kaizen …)
* Planning and execution of the Internal & External audits and lead the customer audits
* Creating APQP documentation (PPAP, control plans, FMEA,…)
* Ensuring internal and external quality issues (8D Reporting, Action plans,…)
* Reporting directly to Managing Director
* Organizing and participate in the Management Review Meetings
* Having regular contact with our customers and suppliers

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* University degree – Quality Management preferred
* Fluent English
* Relevant previous management experience with similar position
* Profound knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 Norm and requirements
* Proven experience with quality tools like, 6 Sigma, 8D, 5why, 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke,….
* Customer oriented person with the ability to understand the customer requirements and the capability to translated and implement these requirements within our organization
* Analytical, pro-active, team player, stress resistant, Independent, customer minded & an excellent communicator
