Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Managing the continuous improvement team (process engineers, maintenance engineers, maintenance technician, IP specialists)
* Ensuring proper implementation of all improvement plans
* Rolling-out the productivity, efficiency and maintenance plan
* Supporting the projects team in the installation of new production means and new products/projects
* Supervising industrialization of new products
* Following evaluation of the standard times and ensuring that work instruction and process parameters are constantly updated and cover all needs
* Defining and following-up the production system improvement plan
* Defining and following-up the maintenance preventive plan
* Defining and securing spare parts stock, responding for all machines breakdowns
* Ensuring proper implementation of all improvement plans

* 5+ years experience with similar position within production
* Team leading experience
* Leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to create team working
* Excellent technical knowledge and experience in problem solving techniques
* Process & continuous improvement & result orientation, detail oriented, decisive
* Ability to take implement initiatives
* High level of energy, dynamic and self-driven
* Fluent English language
