KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing stores within the assigned region
• Building a stable, competent and motivated sales team
• Growing sales network in the assigned region by coordinating new store openings
• Monitoring the right image, high levels of customer service and VM standards are upheld in the region
• Assessing and monitoring key performance indicators for store managers and store workers
• Encouraging cooperation between the sales and other LPP departments
• Operating within budget contraints
• Reporting directly to Regional Sales Director

• 2 years experience on a similar position
• Proven track record in previous employment
• Mobility and readiness to travel on company business trips
• Communicative English
• Driving license
• Experience in people management and supervision
• Proactive approach and experience in dealing with challenging situations
• Ability to work in team and independently
• Ability to work well under deadlines and performance pressure
