* Answering the calls, screening and forwarding of incoming phone calls
* Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers
* Handling questions/complaints/requests of employees
* Monitoring stock and ordering office supplies
* Organizing and scheduling trainings/appointments
* Organizing company events
* Arranging travel and accommodations
* Meal tickets evidence and distribution
* Keeping updated records/trackers related to previous activities
* Other admin support of HR Department
