Lionbridge (NASDAQ:LIOX) is currently looking for freelance, full-time, English speaking Customer Service Agents.

Following would be your typical tasks:

◾ Quickly respond to customer service tickets using ticketing tool .
◾ Report on major trends to management and team leaders.
◾Attend regular meetings (remotely, via web conferencing and/or in person).
◾Ability to learn new programs at an accelerated rate.
◾Ability to multi task and flexibility to change.

◾ Game experience
◾ Customer Service experience
