Job Description

- Accountability for the P&L of Tonnage and EcoVar customers within CZ/SK by optimising existing contracts, driving profitable growth and although no direct day to day operations accountability influencing and driving cost and reliability improvements.
- Development of mitigation plans and actions to reduce Linde risks and ensure implementation and the achievement of delivering the business cases
- Shared accountability for the budget planning for all tonnage and EcoVar accounts.
- Responsible for re-contracting and contracts extension of existing tonnage customers
- Develop strategy and tactics for all existing tonnage customer and project under commercialization
- Liaise closely with operations on all issues regarding customer supply, the supply contracts, costs to maximise P&L and asset utilisation
- Working cooperatively with other parts of the RBU to maximise business from other products.

Required Qualifications / Skills:

- High level commercial skills and acumen
- Ability to understand and articulate complex HyCO and large ASU (air separation unit) schemes
- Superior contract management skills combined with exceptional customer relationship abilities
- Ability to influence and develop strategic relationships (both internal and external)
- 3+ years’ experience in sales, commercial development, business management in a related industry
- Significant commercial experience in large scale industrial processes
- Working within a matrix style, cross-functional, team-based environment
- Fluently Czech and English language
