Job description, responsibilities and duties
Performing all activities related to incoming invoices, for example:
- invoice processing, scanning and verification
- ensure completeness and correctness of invoices, booking
- handle queries associated with invoice status, payment date, possible discrepancies with buyers or direct with suppliers
- selection of invoices to be paid, payment proposal
- processing of late payment reminders
- communication with suppliers, share knowledge with other departments
