Job description, responsibilities and duties

HR Assistant shall provide a full range of moderate to complex administrative work assignments in general and clerical support of HR Department of multinational company in European region:
- prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, letters, emails, business contracts (typing and editing of basic entries)
- use software applications to manage records (trainings, safety accessories, hours of work etc.)
- contribute to implementation of local HR policies of the company
- provide support to search, recruitment and hiring of candidates within Europe
- check, maintain and update of electronic and hard copy filling system of HR & Legal Department
- communicate with external environment (job candidates, service providers, public authorities etc.) and internal departments of the company and associated entities of the multinational company
- assist with special projects as requested

Information about the selection process

This position is suitable for undergraduate student in pre-final or final year of studies or for graduate.
The candidate is required to be able to work 20 hours per week (flexible schedule).

HR Assistant should demonstrate competence in the following areas:

- Language skills: Very good knowledge of English language (spoken and writing) to be able to communicate professionally in multinational environment
- Strong Communication Skills: Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication in multinational environment
- High level of integrity and confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of all information learned during the course of business activity
