From 1 500 EUR/monthBasic gross guaranteed salary: 1500 EUR/Brutto +13th salary. The final basic wage component will be adjusted to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.

Job description, responsibilities and duties

  • Gather data and updates logistics Network KPIs, development of a KPI system to analyze the logistics network in terms of efficiency and risks as well as secure and sustainable customer supply,
  • Continuous improvement of the logistics Network based on defined key figures,
  • Support sourcing of logistics services,
  • Plans and monitors transportation costs,
  • Maintenance an further development of the LEONI transport management software (SIEMENS AX4),
  • Ensures the compliance with local, regional and global Legal regulations in terms of transport and warehouse management,
  • Creation of ad hoc analyses, systematic examination of data based on defined questions,
  • Collaboration with internal and external IT partners,
  • Creation of requirements to create data models by LEONI BI Team.

Personality requirements and skills

  • University degree – Logistics or forwarding agent or similar qualification,
  • Professional experience (administrative) in a logistics environment (network, transport, warehouse)
  • SAP SAC / SAP Analysis as well as SQL knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of descriptive statistics,
  • Experience in efficient collaboration, especially with internal partners,
  • Strong communication skills, entrepreneurial mindset, initiative and independent working style,
  • Integration and teamwork skills in international context,
  • MS Office knowledge,
  • English language (verbally and in writing form) min. level B2,
  • German is an advantage,
  • Responsibility, reliability, flexibility, teamwork, assertiveness.
