The IT On-site application support engineer
- is responsible for providing high-quality technical support for Lenovo business users across the Europe Middle East and Africa region on Lenovo strategic systems.
- works as a liaison between Lenovo business and worldwide IT teams to support Lenovo strategic systems
- is responsible to gather business concerns, projects, and understand new requirements to capture customer voices to communicate them effectively to the IT teams. The candidate will also be responsible for helping to promote new IT projects to the user base to improve business efficiency. Communications skills are key to this position as they work with a diverse user group, management, executives, and remote IT groups.
