Job description, responsibilities and duties
The Global Project Manager (GPM) works closely with sales to support our global customers. This person acts as the single point of contact for execution globally on their assigned accounts. The GPM is responsible for documenting and communicating all requirements, tracking all issues to closure, working with the geo matrix for appropriate coverage and support for their customer set and working closely with the HQ and local sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The global project manager is also responsible for monthly catalog execution, reporting of fulfillment execution, and critical issue management. This person will lead the team that provides back end execution support for their customer in all geos.

- complex project management experience – PMP certification a plus
- excellent English & French written and oral communication skills
- excellent Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills + analytical skills
- excellent organization skills - documentation
- Lean Six Sigma training – Yellow Belt attainment is expected
- flexibility - to manage time zone challenges of leading global teams.

Nice to have additional experience:
- some knowledge of the Lenovo global process, experience in any global function
- certification in project management (PMI)
