SSG Operations Specialist For Channel, SMB And Consumer Business - Maternity Cover

Lenovo Slovakia is looking for the Services and Solutions Group Operations Specialist for Channel and SMB.

***Please note: This is a maternity cover contract.***

Your Key responsibilities in this role will be:

Development of ad-hoc reports, as well as processing regular reports
Based on the user requirements, design, development and maintenance of the report and visualization in PowerPoint
Calculation of quarterly targets for specific regional roles and business partners
Coordination of reporting initiatives involving cross-functional teams
Quarterly data maintenance in various systems (seller / territory setup, discount grids, etc.)
Identification, analyzing and interpreting trends/patterns in data sets
Serve as a focal point for Services Sales and regional Operations teams
Provide timely and responsive replies to all communications.
Identify process improvement opportunities, develop and maintain documentation.


Position Requirements:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy
Good communication skills (presenting over the phone, taking requirements, data tracking, having discussion with people abroad)
Able to communicate in professional-level English, both written and spoken
Excellent MS Office skills: Excel (ideally also VBA & Macros), DB: SQL server, PowerPoint
Experience with Qlik Sense is an advantage

Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.750 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.

You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.
