EMEA Account Controlling Senior Specialist

who are we looking for

- 2-3 years working experiences in accounting controller ship domain
- Industry experience is preferred
- Advanced Microsoft office
- Familiar with SAP is preferred
- Detailed understanding of accounting processes and standards
- Highly analytical, with strong attention to detail
- Strong complex problem solving skills
- No management experience required
- ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) certificate is required

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Proficiency (C2)

what will you do

- Statutory Compliance & Audit
- Lead Lenovo Group Audit with 3rd Party vendor
- Manage Shared Service Centre on provision of audit deliverables
- Analysis, calculation and completion of impairment
- Follow up & closure of open external audit management letter points
- Tax Compliance
- Preparation of local payroll reconciliations, deliverables, tax computations & CIT return filings
- Closing Periods & Ledger
- Raise intercompany agreements
- Review & approve ledger entries
- Calculation of transfer pricing entries
- Business & Strategic Support
- Provide support to EMEA Finance and worldwide accounting organization
- Create monthly GTN liability decks
- Provide EMEA external reporting to group
- Support measurement close, monthly & quarterly reporting
- Management of the reconciliation of copyright liability and reporting of temporary difference to Tax
- Fair value transfer calculations
- Identify risks, prepare analysis, present BS scorecard, propose risk control action plan and follow up
- Follow up and close open Internal Audit
- management letter points
- Support and drive projects
