AR Specialist with Portuguese

- 2-3 years of experience in related customer support areas or equivalent, Preferred experience – Experience with Accounts Receivable
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- experience with SAP
- Goal-orientated individual with strong time and task management
- Strategic thinking about improving processes
- Communicate effectively in writing as well as verbally

- Lean Six Sigma – Yellow Belt is advantage

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

English - Advanced (C1) and Portuguese - Upper intermediate (B2)

- Perform regular debtor reviews of specific customers
- Distribute dunning letters (exceptions that require manual effort)
- Conduct follow-up calls as necessary
- Resolve customer issues
- Review write off balances report
- Analyze data
- Research Dispute / Deduction and Perform Root Cause Analysis
