who are we looking for
• Previous experience in a similar position (service/call center, customer support, sales support)
• Fluent English (spoken and written),
• Detail oriented person
• Customer facing skills both by phone and e-mail
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Highly motivated individual
• Ability to quickly grasp complex systems, procedures etc.
• Excel - intermediate to advanced
• Experience with Sales processes - nice to have
• Good knowledge of PC components - nice to have

We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our Inside Sales Team. In this position, you will provide support on administrative task for country Sales persons.
The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, self-driven, with the ability to work in a teamed environment and supporting Sales Representatives in their day to day selling efforts.
Responsibilities:
• Product setups for Web retailers
• Manage rebates and claims for retailers
• Creation of country-level system configurations
• Web content audit
• Interlock with finance regarding approvals and credit note creation for returned goods
• Ad-hoc tasks to assist sales productivity
